We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward return process handled entirely within the United States.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused & Unworn: The product must show no signs of wear, sweat, field use, or damage.

Original Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all user manuals, cables, and accessories included.

Hygiene Standard: For health and safety reasons, in-ear hearing protection (earplugs) cannot be returned if the packaging seal has been broken or opened, unless the item is defective.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
Since we ship from a US local warehouse, our return process is fast and convenient.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we cover the return shipping cost. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Standard Returns (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because it does not fit or you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx) as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
